Vegan Russian Salad (Olivier Salad)

Cláudia Reis
This is a vegan version of the Olivier salad, which is a traditional salad dish in Russian cuisine that is typically made with meat, eggs, and mayo. However, we made it 100% vegan but it's very delicious nonetheless.
