This vegan burger sauce is a creamy, flavorful blend of sunflower oil, soy drink, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, ketchup, and spices. Perfectly smooth and tangy, it elevates any plant-based burger, making every bite irresistible.

- 75 ml of sunflower oil
- 50 ml of soy drink
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- A pinch of paprika black pepper, and salt
In a tall cup, add sunflower oil, soy drink, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Blend these ingredients with a hand blender until you achieve a smooth and uniform consistency.
Next, add the ketchup, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well until all the components are completely integrated, creating a delightful, creamy, pink sauce.
