A quick and zesty vegan yogurt sauce that's perfect for dressing up salads or serving as a tangy dip. Made with dairy-free yogurt, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and a kick of garlic, this sauce is a deliciously fresh addition to any meal.

- 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- 1-2 garlic cloves (adjust to taste)
- 1-2 tbsps lime juice (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 cilantro sprigs
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
In a food processor, combine the garlic, cilantro, olive oil, and lime juice. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped and well blended. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the non-dairy yogurt to the bowl with the herb and garlic mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir the sauce until smooth and fully combined.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
