One scoop (16.7 grams) which is the equivalent of a single daily serving, contains:
- 50 calories
- 12 grams of carbohydrates
- 1 gram of protein
Strangely, for a supplement that contains over 20 fruits and vegetables, there’s a huge lack of micronutrients— in fact, the only micronutrient listed is 50 mg of vitamin C, which Kaged suggests comes from acerola cherry fruit juice powder.
Firstly, 50 mg of vitamin C considering the variety of fruits used in the formula, but what about the other micronutrients?
The list of micronutrients should be way more varied considering the use of broccoli, spinach, kale, spirulina, blueberry, acai, beetroot, and numerous other ingredients.
I’m going out on a limb by saying there was probably not enough space on the packaging to list everything, since, weirdly, no other micronutrient was listed despite the long list of fruits and veggies.
However, with greens powders, the real focus tends to be on whole foods and their underlying benefits.

A really positive aspect of Outlive 100, is that each ingredient is transparently listed on the label, so you know exactly how much of each ingredient you have in the product. This also tells me that Kaged is trustworthy because they have no issues revealing what’s in their products.
Unfortunately, that can’t be said about many brands that hide their ingredients behind proprietary formulas, making their supplements’ effectiveness utterly questionable.
For example, Athletic Greens has the most popular greens powder on the market, but they’re not transparent about how much of each ingredient is in their product— which is a big red flag for me.
What Are The Potential Health Benefits?
Based on the long list of fruits, veggies, and unique herbs, what health benefits can you expect from Outlive 100?
Well, despite being a recent addition to the supplement world, greens powders have shown promising potential for overall health.
In fact, a couple of studies featured in the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine have revealed that consuming green superfood products similar to Outlive 100 can lead to a significant decrease in blood pressure. [1][2]
Kaged claims that Outlive 100 can enhance your vitality, fortify your immune system, alleviate stress, and support your digestion— which are valid claims considering the nutrients naturally present in the whole foods that make up this formula— but that doesn’t mean you can’t achieve this by having a healthy diet, nor does it mean you’ll be able to benefit from this formula if you just consume this product but ignore your diet. It’s important to realize that supplements are not substitutes for a good diet!
With that being said, let’s talk about the powerful properties present in Outlive 100.
First, let’s talk about antioxidants, which are a key attribute in green superfood powders. These are compounds that aid in the prevention of certain cellular deterioration, thus potentially slowing their aging process. [3][4][5]
Many of the whole foods in this formula will contain vitamins and polyphenols that are essentially antioxidants. A few examples are spirulina, acai, blueberry, goji, and beetroot, just to name a few.
However, Kaged hasn’t exactly quantified the antioxidant content, so it’s hard to know exactly how many antioxidants are present in Outlive 100, which is something that can be measured through something called the ORAC score, and I think it would be useful to know this score.
Still, I’m confident it’s potent given the amount of antioxidant-rich whole foods.
Outlive 100 also contains ingredients that support digestion and gut health.
This is thanks to the prebiotic fiber present in several ingredients like gum acacia fiber, quinoa grain powder, and even the kiwi fruit concentrate, but they’ve also included aloe vera which is known to contain natural properties that increase intestinal motility, essentially making your digestive system more efficient.
It’s considered a good short-term ailment for IBS. [6]
This formula also contains ashwagandha, which is widely considered the king of Ayurvedic herbs. It’s classified as an adaptogen because it’s purported to increase the body’s resilience against stress.
In fact, most of the evidence points to ashwagandha as having anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and stress-relieving effects. [7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
However, the most common dosing protocol (in those studies) is 600 mg/day divided into two doses, with one taken in the morning and the other in the evening— but a daily serving of Outlive 100 contains 300 mg, which means you may not experience these effects if you stick to one daily serving.
In essence, Outlive 100 has a variety of whole foods that can, in fact, support your overall well-being, but I wouldn’t put the cart before the horse and suggest that a daily serving can provide you with stress-relieving effects. If you want brain-enhancing effects, that is likely only possible with two servings.
Outlive 100 Taste & Mixability

Most greens powders are terrible, some are OK, and others are simply impossible to savor as you need to shotgun them like a Kamikaze because they taste like earth.
My impression of Outlive 100 is that it’s an ok-tasting greens powder that is pretty easy to mix. I didn’t use a blender and the powder mixed quite well with water. The initial sip tasted like medicinal syrup, but it gets a bit better as you drink it because you start to feel the notes of apple and cinnamon.
With that being said, I can’t call it delicious, but I admit I’ve yet to come across a delicious greens powder.

Compared to most premium greens powders, Outlive 100 is an affordable product— and you can get an even better price if you sign up for a monthly shipment.

It’s not a massive discount, but it’s good enough if you’re planning to consume the product regularly. It also comes with a money-back guarantee, which is unusual for a product like this and may help you decide to pull the trigger.
The Takeaway

So, what’s the takeaway from this Outlive 100 review? Well, this is a very solid greens powder that is available at an affordable price.
Kaged doesn’t show us what micronutrients we’re getting (apart from vitamin C), which is rather odd given that it contains over 20 fruits and vegetables, but they tell you how much of each ingredient is in the formula— and this has helped me figure out that Outlive 100 indeed has immune-boosting, as well as gut-supporting effects— which are essentially two ways of supporting your overall well-being.
I would still prefer if Kaged had quantified (via the ORAC score) and emphasized the antioxidant content, but based on the sheer variety of whole foods in the product, there are probably a lot of antioxidants and other properties that are beneficial for your health.
Lastly, if you’re someone that absolutely values taste, then let me tell you that Outlive 100 is not super delicious— it’s more of an ok-tasting greens powder. But keep in mind that I’ve yet to come across one that is exceptionally tasty.
If you aren’t particularly fond of planning and cooking your meals or are too busy and want a convenient way to add fruits and veggies to your diet, then I would say purchase Outlive 100, however, I still believe that making your diet more complete with fruits and veggies is a more ideal choice. With that said, greens are better than no greens!
