In my opinion, it’s important to find a flavor that you can fall in love with, considering you’ll be consuming a weight gainer on a regular basis.

Unlike other supplements, it doesn’t have an abundance of weird additives that compromise your health in the long term, making it a super clean supplement. It also has an optimal 2:1 pea to rice protein ration which ensures the supplement has a complete amino acid profile.

The main reason why I’ve picked this specific weight gainer it’s because I believe it’s the best bang for your buck, and it also happens to be very high-quality.
But to better explain why… allow me to make a quick comparison.
The Naked Mass supplement contains 11 servings, which is minus 2 servings than the Ironvegan (13 servings) weight gainer. However, one serving (4 scoops) of the Naked Mass has 1,250 kcal, while each Ironvegan serving (2 scoops) has 720kcal.

The PurEdge vegan weight gainer provides you with 570kcal, 50g of protein, as well as 8g of BCAA’s and Betapower per serving to boost your size and enhance your performance.
However, those numbers are only possible if you consume one serving of 4 scoops (170g), which is a considerable amount when the container only has 2030 grams and costs more than $60.

Vegun Nutrition – Vegan Weight Gainer
This weight gainer by Vegun Nutrition has 280kcal, 30g of protein, 31g of carbohydrates, and 6g of fat per serving. Each serving equals two scoops of powder for a total of 76 grams.
This is the type of weight gainer that I’d recommend to vegans with low metabolism, considering the 1:1 protein to carbohydrate ratio supports lean muscle gains while lessening the potential to increase body fat.
Just because it has fewer calories per serving, that does not mean it’s bad. It actually works better for people that are more prone to gain fat during a bulking phase, which is the main reason why I’ve decided to include it in this list.
If you happen to be one of those people, then you’ll be happy to know that this supplement offers you 25 servings per container.
Another valuable aspect to mention is the nice flavor which doesn’t leave a bad aftertaste.
However, if you require more calories, this is not the best option.
