In my opinion, it’s important to find a flavor that you can fall in love with, considering you’ll be consuming a weight gainer on a regular basis.
Generally, weight gainers are very sweet.
They contain high amounts of carbohydrates and sugars, but something that is too sweet can also be nauseating, which gradually puts you off unless you blend it with something.
